la jolla engagement photography : Michael and Rehana

Sometimes the first time I meet someone is at their photoshoot. Although, I had emailed, spoken with, and google skyped (ha that can't be a way you are suppose to say it) with Michael and Rehana before this day, I still felt surprised by their sweetness and laughter when I met them in person. I'm pretty new to video chatting (a-ha) but I'm a fan. It was fun to talk to them in their apartment in Brooklyn. M and R's excitement for the food, dancing, and family came across through the little screen. I could imagine their fusion wedding at the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla. I just couldn't imagine how genuine and fun they would be in person. I guess it should be no surprise since they were referred to us from our pals Morgan and Joe who are the very definition of awesomeness.
