4 THINGS...UP IN THE AIR

I got back a few days ago from a 10 day trip to the midwest for family time, weddings and more family time. I'm so tired but so happy. It was amazing to spend time on a lake, laughing, playing and taking in the smells and sights of a new place.Loving: Gaidin's baptism at our great great grandparents church in Wisconsin. I am so lucky to be his Godmother.

Reading: A Field Guide for Getting Lost by Rebecca Solnit.

Drinking: Local central Wisconsin beer with friends and family. Spotted Cow by New Glarus Brewing Co. and a few new IPA's.

Photographing: Our family gatherings on the lake and some wild night slow motion photography. Also, Maggie and David's destination wedding in Somis, CA - a midsummer nights inspired botanical garden. These two light up the room. I love their spirit and kind hearts. Their joy is infectious. It was a double wedding weekend with Mike photographing Lauren and Daniel at a gorgeous estate wedding with the unique touch of growlers as centerpieces!
